The paragraph should include both physical and personality traits. On one side will be the physical description and the other will be the personality traits.Īssessment: Students will write a short descriptive paragraph about their character. Then, the student will draw three big circles on one side of the paper and three on the other. In the circle will be the name of the character. Students will draw a circle in the middle of a blank piece of paper. The new character could be a friend or foe, a pet or an extended family member. Next, students will create a new character for a sequel to Flat Stanley. While a physical change is apparent in the book, an emotional one is harder to detect.
